RV Park – Lighthouse at Spicer

Amenities
- Full hookups for electricity, water and sewer
- Trash receptacles available for your use
- Charcoal or propane grills are allowed
- RV Dump stations are available to renting tenants only
- 30 and 50 amp available
- No bathhouse or laundry facilities, but a full service laundromat only 2 miles away
- DNR paved walking/biking trail adjacent to our property
- Winter sites available. Our water source is 7' deep and installed with a commercial heat stem.
Our responsibility ends at ground surface.
If you choose, it is your responsibility to have a heated/insulated water hose and appropriate insulation and heat tapes on your water and sewer attachments.
RV Prices
- One Day Only - $65 (this includes electricity)
- By the Day = $50 + Electric (as in a weekend)
- By the Month = $500 + Electric
- By the Season = a total of 6 months per season*
- 5% will be added to your bill if using a credit/debit card
*If securing a site for the following year we require 2 months in advance of $1000. Then during the season reserved, rent will always be paid 2 months ahead plus electric until that season ends.
